Louis-Philippe Pidgeon lived in the Nation’s Capital until he enrolled in the Canadian Forces at the age of 17. In 2006, he graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and spent the following nine years in various postings across Canada, serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer.
Louis-Philippe decided in 2015 to pursue a career that would more fully complement his interests in architecture, design and interpersonal interactions, by joining the real estate salesperson education program with the OREA College and becoming a part of the National Military Relocation Network.
In 2017, Louis-Philippe joined esteemed real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers. His local market expertise combined with Engel & Völkers innovative marketing tools and unmatched international reach was a perfect fit to take his career to the next level.
Louis-Philippe’s natural ability with numbers, friendly personality, and keen eye for design, quality and value make him an excellent sales representative. His passion for all the things Ottawa can offer—including cycling in the Gatineau hills, wake surfing on the Ottawa River, and local art—make him the resident expert on the city and its surroundings.
Louis-Philippe delivered exactly what he promised -- our house sold within a week, within the price range he suggested. It was a fast and relatively painless and stress-free transaction as a result. He was highly responsive and supportive throughout. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the area!
